BOOKING AGREEMENT

UPON ARRIVAL AT THE VENUE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO COMPLETE THE BELOW GUEST REGISTRATION FORM WHICH MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH PARTY YOU ATTEND AS A GUEST. ONLY MEMBERS DO NOT HAVE TO COMPLETE A FORM FOR EACH PARTY.

GUEST REGISTRATION AGREEMENT
I reconfirm that I have PRE-REGISTERED with The Limelight Club as a Temporary Member for one party only PRIOR to arrival at this party. I fully realised when making a reservation in advance of this party that this is an adult lifestyle swingers membership club. I further declare that I am a broadminded sexually liberated adult who promises to respect the rights of other members to confidentiality. I certify that my age is over (21) twenty-one years and agree to abide by the club's rules of membership and the house rules at club parties. I realise that sexual activities among consenting adults may occur and/or be discussed, that persons may be undressed at vary degrees as they so fancy, and sex is never guaranteed or assured as this is strictly between individuals. I understand each individual (female or male) can socialise, watch only or join in as they so fancy with no obligations and safe sex is our club policy. I also realize that the number of people (single female, couples or single males) that actually attend versus estimated at parties can never be assured as this can vary significantly on any particular date due to anyone's specific circumstances. I categorically state that I am not a member of the press or a freelance journalist or affiliated with the press, media or any other type of public or private investigative organisation. I also agree not to pass information on to any individual or type of organisation, whether public or private, whatsoever in any form and will not provide any report on club activities (whether written or verbal) to anybody inclusive of journalists, other members of the press, or third party persons who may be likely to pass on any such information to the press, media or other investigative organisations of any type. Furthermore, I confirm that no attempt will be made to seek financial gain, either directly or indirectly, from information gained from talking with anyone or while attending any of The Limelight Clubs events. I have been informed that photographic and recording equipment is prohibited at all club parties with the exception of photo shoots and video nights where photographic equipment is allowed. I fully understand that any contravention of these conditions will make me and/or the organisation I represent liable to legal proceedings plus financial penalties and I can be forced to leave the premises if I do not abide by these terms and my membership revoked for any reason without any rebate of paid dues without prejudice. The Limelight Club management reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time for any reason and to bar anyone it deems fit from attending any of its events regardless of any justification or understandings from anyone.
