FACILITIES:
Luxury high standard modern premises on two party levels, Special huge Harem's Party Room accommodating 3 beds (1 King + 2 Doubles). Large wide couch also available in the Harem Party Room for those to watch or play. Two different areas for watching adult movies - One on each floor. Pole available for those ladies who like to perform some erotic pole dancing for male voyeurs to admire.

Voyeurs can also view all the full-on action taking place throughout the premises on both floors. Reception room on 2nd floor for socializing with four couches and watching your favourite sporting events on our 50" Big Screen TV. Upstairs level has additional two party double bedrooms for more intimate or private parties.

One large ensuite bathroom on second level. Two other bathrooms - one a powder room lower level and one for showers upper level. Modern sky-lite reception room on 2nd floor for socializing with many swingers or exhibitionists.

Air-conditioned and/or multiple fans as necessary. Special Sky lites in upstairs room for air circulation. Three double wardrobes available in downstairs harem party room for hanging of clothing. Separate area for bartenter service* and secured storage of valuables and baggage.

*Note we do not charge for any drinks; Attendees must bring a bottle of wine or some beers with them. Soft drinks and food buffet is complimentary. All persons entering need also to bring condoms with them or you can purchase them at venue for £ 1 each.. Music plays continuously in all areas on both floors of the venue.

In accordance with UK laws smoking is not allowed in the interior of our premises, however those who wish can smoke in our private outside garden.
